For over two decades, I've had the privilege of serving as a teacher, dean, and leader of mentoring programs for at-risk youth. My passion has always been to help others build the skills and character needed for a successful and fulfilling life.

As a high school teacher, I developed curriculum and created structured learning environments. This experience taught me how to break down complex topics and communicate effectively. As a Dean of Students, I learned to manage student discipline concerns and support teachers in building effective classroom management strategies. I specialized in creating systems for student success based on individual needs.

For five years, while serving as Supervisor of the Duval chapter of The 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project, I managed a budget of over $200,000, trained and supervised over 30 adult leaders, and engaged community stakeholders for financial sponsorship and physical participation in our mentoring program. This role sharpened my abilities in strategic planning, program implementation, and resource management.

Beyond my work in education, I've spent over 20 years in Christian ministry, serving as a youth minister and, for the last decade, as the Lead Pastor of Higher Definition Church. This experience has given me a wealth of content and practical skills in public speaking, counseling, and leading teams to execute transformative events.

My career has been a masterclass in leadership, problem-solving, and personal development. Now, I'm passionate about sharing those lessons with you to help you navigate your own career and season shifts. I'm a writer, speaker, and coach, and I believe that no matter where you are in life, your 'Vintage Season' is just ahead.
